Came with no instructions but still put it up 1st time in 10 minutes you need the ropes to tie it down it would not stand on its own best way i find is pin down both sides of the air tubes both sides then pump it up then get inside and put the bar up then you can walk around and peg it down 400 i feel is a lot for it.
